Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has held a meeting with heads of law enforcement agencies, during which he instructed them to hold staff reshuffles.

Poroshenko ordered to dismiss a deputy prosecutor general and a deputy interior minister, as well as to carry out personnel reshuffles concerning a number of security officers and other law enforcement agencies, the president’s press service reported.

“We need to give an extra push to demonstrate that the country is ready to live a new life,” he said.

At the same time, the president’s press service hasn’t given names, as well as the specific reasons for the dismissal of the officials.
