Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has instructed State Border Guard Service Head Mykola Lytvyn, to hold urgent consultations with Russian Border Service officials to negotiate a mechanism of ensuring effective control over the Ukrainian-Russian border.
Poroshenko earlier held telephone talks on measures to implement the peace plan with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
