Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree to launch 4G network services in Ukraine, deputy head of presidential administration Dmitry Shymkiv said.
“President signed a decree on the launch of 4G in Ukraine,” he said at a briefing on the results of the National Reforms Council in Kyiv on July 23.
