Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said there would be new partial mobilization next year.
“There is the need in 2015 to hold a cycle of partial mobilization,” the president said, speaking about the situation in the war-torn area at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council on Dec. 20.
