President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said that Donbas has seen no casualties or shooting in the last 24 hours, which is the first time this has happened in a year and a half.

“I want to say that today there is the first day for a year and a half, when within the last 24 hours we had no casualties or shooting. My congratulations,” he said at the 12th Annual Meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) in Kyiv on Sept. 11.
