The Defense Ministry of Ukraine will launch a personal card system for military personnel, President Petro Poroshenko has reported.
“We saw now that completely new business patterns could be introduced even in October. Each serviceman will be granted an individual card,” Poroshenko said at a meeting with ‘Volunteer Landed Troops’ in Kyiv on July 27.
He said that each user can use the card to receive food and material provisions.
“I’m sure that this system will put an end to corruption in the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Poroshenko said.
