Minsk – Social benefits in certain districts in Donbas will be paid out again after the political situation has stabilized, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.
“Social benefits must be brought back, but after the stabilization of the political situation, holding elections and restoring Ukraine’s national sovereignty in the occupied territories,” the President told journalists after the Minsk talks.
