Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on amendments to the Ukrainian constitution (regarding decentralization of power) (No. 2217a).
The relevant report was posted on the Ukrainian parliament website on July 2. At the same time, the report said that the draft law was submitted on July 1 and “presented for consideration of the leadership” at the same moment.
