Ukrainian presidents Leonid Kravchuk, Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yuschenko, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk, government and parliament members, Kyiv authorities and representatives of the presidential administration took part in the ceremony.
