Ukrainian military men on Aug. 12 liberated the town of Vuhlehirsk in Donetsk region from the terrorists, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko reported.
“Today our army liberated the town of Vuhlehirsk from the terrorists. Glory to Ukraine!,” the president said in Twitter.
“Today our army liberated the town of Vuhlehirsk from the terrorists and hoisted a state flag upon the city administration [building]. This is very important town, since it is the biggest railway junction station, which unites Donetsk, Debaltseve and Horlivka,” the president wrote on his page in Facebook.
Vuhlehirsk was the village of Khatsepetivka by 1958.
