Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the implementation of a decision by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on measures to improve state military-technical policy dated Aug. 27.
The decree has been posted on president’s Web site.
The majority of the decree’s paragraphs are confidential.
According to the only posted subparagraph, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been tasked to take measures to stop the export of military and dual use goods to Russia to prevent the Russian Federation from using them in a military way. The exception is space equipment used for research and the utilization of space for peaceful purposes as a part of international space projects.
