Paris - French President Francois Hollande reacted angrily on March 18 to Moscow signing a treaty that makes Crimea part of Russia. Crimea's joining Russia is "unacceptable" and France will never recognize legality of such actions, Web site of Figaro newspaper quoted Hollande as saying.

Besides, the French president warned that Paris is preparing a strong response to the actions that concern Crimea.
