Price of land for houses in Kyiv region slightly grows in September 2012

As reported, the average price of land for construction of private houses in Kyiv region from January 2011 to January 2012 fell by 16.05%.

The average price of land plots for the construction of private houses in Kyiv region in U.S. dollars from September 5, 2012 to October 3, 2012 grew by 0.55%, to $3,094 per 100 square meters, according to SV Development consulting company (Kyiv).

The company said that the largest growth was registered in Vasylkiv district, by 11.1%, to $1,907 per 100 square meters, while the smallest fall was 1.37% in Fastiv district - $1083 per 100 square meters.

The cheapest plots, with an average price of $1,031 per hundred square meters, were seen in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky District, while the average price in Kyivo-Sviatoshyne district came to $4,617 per hundred square meters.

As reported, the average price of land for construction of private houses in Kyiv region from January 2011 to January 2012 fell by 16.05%, to $3,320 per 100 square meters.

SV Development has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2005.
