The situation remained tense in Stanytsia Luhanska on Thursday, Nov. 27 and fighting using various types of weapons continued on the outskirts, the press service for Hennadiy Moskal, the head of the Luhansk region's administration, said.
“One mortar hit a construction goods shop when customers were there. Four people were wounded, of which one is in serious condition. The wounded people are now receiving medical assistance,” Moskal was quoted as saying.
Gunshots have broken windows and equipment in the building of Ukrtelecom.
Fighting using heavy artillery now continues in Stanytsia Luhanska, the report said.
