According to the railways' press service, in particular the railways during this period modernized 98 kilometers of track, overhauled 99.6 km, repaired 126 km, and reconstructed 185 km.

In addition, since the beginning of the year the railways has repaired 107 sets of points, and replaced 13 km of track with new rails and 5.2 km with used rails.

Prydniprovska Railways is one of the largest railways in Ukraine. Its track network exceeds 3,200 kilometers, which is almost 15% of the state railway network.
