The widow of murdered Ukrainian journalist Heorhiy Gongadze plans to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights after a top Ukrainian court cleared former President Leonid Kuchma of playing a role in the journalist's murder more than a decade ago.
Valentyna Telychenko, a lawyer representing Gongadze’s widow, said Myroslava Gongadze would take the case to the Strasbourg-based European rights court.
