You're reading: Railroad bridge blown up near Luhansk

A railroad bridge on the stretch of line between Sentianivka and Shypilove in Luhansk region was blown up on July 21 morning, according to the press center of the Ukrainian State Railroad Transport Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia).

The administration blamed Russian-sponsored rebels for the explosion.
“Efforts are under way to assess the extent of the damage,” the
statement said.

All in all, 13 bridges have been damaged on the Donetsk,
Dnipropetrovsk and Pivdenna (Southern) railroads by July 22, with six of
them fixed temporarily.
