Brussels – NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has said that limited activity by Russian troops is observed on the Ukrainian-Russian border, which suggests that these forces may be preparing to withdraw.

“We’ve seen limited Russian troop activity in the vicinity of the Ukraine border, which may suggest that some of these forces are preparing to withdraw,” Rasmussen wrote on Twitter on Thursday, May 22.
