Ukrainian humanitarian aid from Kharkiv has been fully unloaded at warehouses in Starobilsk, Luhansk region, and representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) are accepting the cargo according to all norms and rules, said Iryna Heraschenko, the president's envoy for the settlement in eastern Ukraine.

According to Heraschenko, a column from Dnipropetrovsk came to
Severodonetsk (Luhansk Oblast) in the morning, where unloading under the
supervision of State Emergency Service Head Serhiy Bochkovsky and the
ICRC has already started.

Meanwhile, the Kyiv column has entered Lysychansk (Luhansk Oblast)
and is waiting for unloading, she writes on her page in Facebook on Aug. 15.

“A third of the trucks have been unloaded. The Red Cross begins to
accept the cargo consistent with the manifest and to fulfill its
schedule of the relief’s transfer,” Heraschenko wrote on Facebook on
Friday.
