The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has said that it detained British citizen Graham William Phillips, 1979, who works as a freelance reporter for Russia Today TV.
The journalist was questioned and read the decision of the Ukrainian Security Service on compulsory expulsion from Ukraine and a three-year ban to enter the country, the Ukrainian Security Service told Interfax.
It has been reported that Phillips is a freelance reporter of Russia Today TV channel.
