Moscow - The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) is ready to share with the commission investigating the Malaysian plane crash the information it has and send specialists to study the circumstances of the tragedy, Rosaviatsia Director Alexander Neradko said.

“The Federal Air Transport Agency is ready to provide all information
it has to ensure an impartial and objective investigation into the
circumstances and causes of the Boeing 777 crash,” Neradko told
reporters on Friday, July 25.

“Russia has experienced experts to conduct such investigations, who
have the sad experience of investigating the circumstances and causes of
the shooting down of a Russian Tu-154 plane over the Black Sea with a
Ukrainian S-200 surface-to-air missile system in 2001,” he said.

“The range of experts who could take part in this investigation has
already been determined. We are hoping that a Russian representative to
take part in the investigation into this plane crash will be determined
following formal approval procedures with the commission in charge of
the investigation, which is being conducted by the Dutch authorities,”
he said.
