Russia has suspended supplies of steam coal to Ukraine, a source on the market has told Interfax-Ukraine.

The source said that shipments were suspended in the evening on Nov. 21, and the terms of resumption of supplies are unknown.

The press service of the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry has not commented on the situation. The press service of DTEK, which today is the largest importer of steam coal from Russia, said that the company will present comments later.
