You're reading: Russia, Ukraine preparing agreement on military technical cooperation

Moscow - The military and technical cooperation between Russia and Ukraine is developing dynamically and the countries will come to signing an intergovernmental agreement on the implementation of the military and technical cooperation program in the short term, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said. 

“The program comprises 255 directions of cooperation and it is planned that over 100 Russian and over 60 Ukrainian enterprises will participate in its implementation,” Antonov told reporters on Monday.

Antonov said that a considerable amount of Russian and Ukrainian enterprises were engaged annually in mutual supplies of products in the framework of the agreement on production, scientific and technical cooperation and other agreements in certain spheres of cooperation.
