St. Petersburg, May 12 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Ukrainian Security Service will sign an agreement on returning Russian counterintelligence officers to the Black Sea Fleet's main base in Sevastopol next week, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov told journalists in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, May 12.

"Our counterparts from the Ukrainian Security Service and we agreed on returning our military counterintelligence officers to Sevastopol. Members of the two special services will meet next week, and we will sign an agreement on working together to provide security," Bortnikov said.
