Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has said he will visit Berlin on April 13 and suggested that, if EU and Ukrainian officials give their consent, a trilateral meeting on gas could also take place in the German capital on this date.
“For instance, I will be in Berlin on April 13, and the EU energy commissioner has also been invited there. If possible, we could meet there at the time,” Novak told journalists in Khabarovsk on April 4.
