The Russian Finance Ministry will draft proposals on financial aid for Crimea by the end of Monday.
“We’ll draft proposals on specific aid by the end of the day,”
Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a meeting with Russian Prime
Minister Dmitry Medvedev and deputy prime ministers.
