The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has announced that Russian military forces have completely withdrawn from the Kherson region.
“As for the withdrawal of Russian troops, they have completely withdrawn from the Kherson region. The peninsula is under our full control, a border checkpoint was has been set up and organized,” Oleh Slobodian, assistant to the chief of the Border Service, told journalists on Thursday, Dec. 11.
