Russian special services are recruiting Ukrainians who are working on the territory of Russia for the participation in the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine, spokesman of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Andriy Lysenko has said.
“Representatives of Russian intelligence services together with the police of Russia are trying to recruit Ukrainians who are working on the territory of Russia,” he said at a briefing on Friday.
He said that Ukrainian citizens should be vigilant and not agree to the said proposals.
