Moscow - The health condition of Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko, held in Moscow for her possible involvement in the murder of Russian journalists in the south-east of Ukraine, has not changed seriously, the first deputy director of Russia's Federal Penitentiary Institutions Service (FSIN), Anatoly Rudy, has said.

“No pathological changes have taken place in her health condition. Her weight remains stable and other health indicators are stable, within the norm,” he told reporters on Feb. 3, when asked about Savchenko.

Savchenko will be transferred to a civilian clinic if her health deteriorates, Rudy said.

“Every week, our doctors and civilian doctors hold consultations in order to determine her further treatment. All decisions on ways to maintain her health condition are made at these serious consultations,” he said.
