The situation in Donetsk remained tense as of 12:30 p.m. Sept. 22, the city council reported on its Web site.

City residents have reported hearing salvos in the city’s Kyivsky and Kirovsky districts.

The city’s infrastructure is working, the city council said.

The restoration of the city’s power and gas supply systems continues. The city’s Pryvokzalny microdistrict in the Kyivsky district, where five sub-stations have been shut down due to maintenance work on the Donetsk railway, is now without power. 27 transformer sub-stations have been shut down in the city.

According to the city council, availability of food in Donetsk is satisfactory.

Public transport goes according to schedule; routes have not been altered.
