Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak has reported to Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko about "a Russian trace" in the case on the explosion near the building of the SBU branch in Odesa.

“We took it as a challenge and made every effort to solve the case. Today, I can report that the crime has been solved in short time. Three of its perpetrators were detained, 22 searches were conducted. We also have information about those who ordered the crime, those, who sent orders to the criminal group controlled from the territory of Russia and Crimea, sooner or later they will be brought to justice,” the SBU press center quoted Hrytsak as saying.

According to him, the exposed and neutralized sabotage and reconnaissance groups, controlled by the Russian special services, are also suspected of involvement in a series of explosions of administrative buildings and offices of public structures in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.
