Members of the local Ukrainian community will ring in the New Year all over again this weekend.
On Friday night, the members of St. Vladimir Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church and St. Michael Ukrainian Orthodox Church will host their ninth annual Ukrainian New Year Dinner-Dance, or Malanka, at St. Vladimir Parish Center, 428 N. Seventh Ave.
The festivities kick off at 6 p.m. with cocktails, followed by dinner at 7 and dancing from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
