Separatists are preparing provocation against Ukrainian security services in Luhansk, according to acting head of Luhansk Regional State Administration Iryna Veryhina.
“Urgent information! Another provocation is being prepared. The convoy of armed vehicles of the Luhansk People’s Republic militants, which uses Ukrainian symbols, is being formed in the center of Luhansk. Each machine has Ukrainian flags and Russian cameramen are going together with them,” the official wrote on her page on Facebook.
