Ukrainian law enforcement has taken control over Dzerzhynsk located 55 km north of Donetsk and the pro-Russian insurgents are forced to retreat, South-East Front information center head Konstantin Knyrik told Interfax on July 21.
“Militia retreating in the direction of Horlivka, thus Dzerzhynsk is under enemy control,” Knyrik said.
