Seven civilians were killed as a result of the shelling by militants of the town of Debaltseve, Donetsk Oblast, on Jan. 30, regional police chief Viacheslav Abroskin has said.
“Militants continue shelling Debaltseve. Residential buildings have been hit. Seven people have been killed. Artillery shelling by terrorists doesn’t stop,” he wrote on his Facebook on Jan. 30..
