Chief of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said however that witnesses have evidence and it is of great importance to interview certain persons.

Malaysia Airlines MH17, flying from Amsterdam (the Netherlands) to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), crashed in eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014. All 298 people on board were killed. An international investigation is under way.
