Russia is not going to restructure Ukraine's debt worth $3 billion and will file a lawsuit if Ukraine fails to meet its obligations, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.

“We will not agree to any restructuring. We will wait for Ukraine to
fulfill its obligations. If obligations are not met we will go to an
arbitration court in line with the agreement on the investment of the
National Welfare Fund’s money to bonds of Ukraine as a sovereign
[state],” Siluanov said.

Russia may file a lawsuit in line with British laws as it is provided
in case of a default or of Ukraine fails to fulfill its obligations, he
said.
