Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has insisted that special control over regional gas supply companies in private ownership is needed.
“As for regional gas supply companies in private ownership, special control over the payments for natural gas consumed [is needed],” he said at a phone meeting with heads of regional administrations on Oct. 22.
He said that people paid for as, money arrived to regional gas supply companies and the money did not reach Naftogaz.
The prime minister said that special accounts to pay for gas consumed have been introduced.
