MOSCOW - An international group of criminal investigators in the Netherlands, which is probing the MH17 crash in Ukraine, is inclined to believe that the airliner had been shot down from the ground with a Buk missile.

Dutch public prosecutor spokesman Wim de Bruin told Interfax on Sept. 24 that a theory whereby the plane had been shot down from the ground with a Buk missile currently appears to be the most plausible.
