Ukrainian Education and Science Minister Dmytro Tabachnyk has said that Ukrainian higher education establishments could soon be recognized as being among the world's best universities.
"I hope that several ratings of the world’s best universities will include several Ukrainian [higher education establishments] – they’ve finally managed to draw up the documents," the minister noted at a briefing in Kyiv on November 18.
According to Tabachnyk, about two Ukrainian higher education establishments might be included in the ratings in 2011.
The minister also said that the universities have to prepare many documents to appear on the rating.
