Text of association agreement between EU, Ukraine

The association agreement between the European Union and Ukraine was initialed earlier this year, but has not yet been signed and ratified, steps needed to the agreement to fully enter into force. Some EU states are eager to sign the agreement in 2013, while others believe the step is premature.
