Luhansk - Three civilians have been killed and another seven have been injured in Luhansk, eastern Ukraine, over the past 24 hours as a result of continuing fighting, the city administration said on its Web site.

“As a result of continuing strikes against the city, three civilians,
including a 15-year-old teenager, have been killed and another seven
residents of Luhansk have been injured. Ambulances have responded to 84
calls in the past 24 hours,” it said.

“Ten residential buildings and other facilities have been damaged as a result of the strikes,” it said.

Furthermore, fighting “has cut off power supplies to more than 50,000
households in all districts of Luhansk,” the city administration said.
