Three persons were hurt in a brawl caused by the actions of several dozens of aggressive protesters near the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday, 17.
‘When the event was over, doctors told the police two civilians with injuries of differing levels of severity had sought medical attention. An inquiry has been launched. An injury was also sustained by a National Guard serviceman born in 1994,’ says a report by the Kyiv police public relations department published on Tuesday evening.
A criminal case was opened under part 1, article 345 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code on a count of attacking a police officer.
