The city of Popasna, Luhansk region, came under fire from Grad systems on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 26, Hennadiy Moskal, the head of Luhansk Regional Administration, said.

Three civilians were wounded in the attack, Moskal said.

According to Moskal, the shots were fired from Stakhanov, which is occupied by the militants. “Several buildings have been destroyed. A dormitory has been damaged,” Moskal was quoted by his press service as saying.

The three wounded civilians have been hospitalized. There is currently no precise information on their condition and the gravity of their wounds.
