Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Social Policy Minister Sergiy Tigipko has said that about Hr 25 billion is needed to implement the president's social initiatives.

"Dear people’s deputies, if we talk about the expenditures that have to be spent from our budget to implement all social initiatives, they will be split into two parts. About Hr 10 billion is needed to implement a mortgage program and about Hr 15-16 billion to implement all social initiatives," he said during an "hour of questions for the government" at a parliament session on Friday, March 16.
