Tournament unites nation, even after team eliminated

England fans gathered in the center of Donetsk on June 19 in support of Ukraine – by carrying a coffin. The strange prop was a reference to the words of former England captain Sol Campbell last month that fans could “come home in a coffin” because of alleged racism and violence in Ukraine. But many of those who came say they are delighted with Ukrainians’ friendliness and hospitality.

Great news. All the 'united' Ukrainian people need to do now is elect themselves a new government in October 2012.
