Ukraine and other participants of the Trilateral Contact Group on resolving the situation in Ukraine's east are ready to meet in Minsk only with the signatories to the Minsk protocol and memorandum, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis said.
“It is difficult for me to comment about what mission these people (Vladyslav Deineho and Denis Pushylin, the representatives of the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics) were on in Minsk,” he said, commenting on Pushylin’s claim that the Minsk talks had been cancelled over Ukraine’s non-attendance.
