Reportedly 21 residents of Mariupol have been killed and 86 wounded (including three children) as a result of shelling of the city by militants using Grad multiple rocket launchers, the press service of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Donetsk oblast has reported.

“At present it has been established that 21 civilians have been killed as a result of cynic actions of Donetsk People Republic’s terrorists and another 86 people were wounded (including three children),” reads the report.
