Dnipropetrovsk – A third blast has hit Dnipropetrovsk. An Interfax-Ukraine reporter informed that the blast took off near Hloba Park.
A woman was hospitalized with an arm injury as a result of the explosion.
The reporter also said that the fourth blast has gone off in the city.
