“To this day two organizers are in Russian territory…Their surnames and the search for them is a priority task…So as to make the ‘Kharkiv Partisans’ not exist any more,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Feb. 27.

As reported, a bomb exploded outside the Sports Palace in Kharkiv on Feb. 22 at the beginning of a march to commemorate the first anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity. Two people were killed immediately and another two later died in hospital.
